2. Description of Service
Optima is an AI-powered exercise form coach that provides feedback and guidance on your movements. The app uses on-device machine learning through CoreML to detect body landmarks and cloud-based AI services to analyze your form and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Data Processing
Optima processes your exercise data entirely on-device. When you request form analysis, specific images and movement data may be shared with third-party AI services (Google's Gemini) for analysis purposes only. No data is permanently stored on our servers. For complete details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
Any videos or images you create while using Optima are stored locally on your device. You maintain full ownership and control of this content. When you request form analysis, temporary access to specific images and movement data is granted to our AI service providers solely for the purpose of analysis.
5. Limitation of Liability
Optima is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from using our app. The AI-generated feedback should be considered as suggestions only, and you should exercise judgment when following any recommendations. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via the app store update notes. The current version will always be available within the app and at optima-app.com/terms.
